Humane TNR offers a low cost Cat Spay & Neuter program for owned cats. Our cost is $100 per spay or neuter and does not require an ear tip. We work with owners of cats throughout Greene County.  If you have a  cat(s) that you would like to have spayed or neutered, please use the below form and one of our volunteers will get back with you shortly.  Please note that there may be a 1-3 month wait for appointments depending on availability.
